New Potato Corner Caramel Fries – Meant for Matching!

If you’re the type who enjoys eating maple-syrup-smothered pancakes with ham, bacon, or sausages, you’ll dig Potato Corner’s New Caramel Flavored Fries. Paired with the classic flavors — Cheese, Barbecue, and Sour Cream — it will give you the irresistible Sweet-and-Savory combo you’re fond of.

Although it’s caramel, it’s not overly sweet. Think of brown sugar and tone down its sweetness five times. That’s how it would taste like. Plus the flavoring is like the others — powder. So if you fear your favorite french fries would be transformed into a soggy, sticky mess, don’t. The texture is unchanged.

Sweeter Together Caramel Fries MixTo be honest, I’ve only tried it with Barbecue Fries. I had my hesitations too even though I’ve always been a fan of sweet-and-savory food. To be safe I figured if the new Caramel Fries would work, it would work best with Barbecue. After all, maple, a close kin of caramel, is fantastic with barbecue sauce.

And I was right. The match-up was amazing. Because of the contrasting flavors, it was harder to get enough of. I emptied Potato Corner’s mega-sized tub, my usual order, in no time and I still wanted more.

Even though I’ve only tried the New Caramel Fries with Barbecue, I would dare say it would go well with Cheese and Sour Cream, too. I’m no stranger to these two other flavors and I’m 99.9% sure Caramel-Cheese and Caramel-Sour-Cream would be as good.

You don’t have to pair Caramel with the other flavors if you don’t want to, but I don’t think Potato Corner introduced the New Caramel Flavor to be enjoyed alone. It was meant to bring more oomph your usual Potato Corner experience.

Note: Half, Caramel + Half, Flavor of Your Choice is only allowed for Mega, Giga, and Tera Sizes. Prices are still the same.
